I know that it is not very meaningful to get married in front of a judge. There is not a bride out there who would make that her first choice. I know that not everyone wants to get married in a church. Church weddings are very expensive. I felt that I needed to provide a service that would be very affordable and at the same time give the couple a meaningful and memorable ceremony. I try to fulfill everyones desire. You name the place, if it is legal and within reason, I will be there for you. I love garden weddings, back yard weddings, park weddings and banquet hall weddings. By having a non-traditional wedding it opens up a whole new area to work with. Performing weddings is not my job, it is my passion. I love what I do and hope to keep doing it as long as I can, and at a reasonable price. My fee's are used to support my ministry, not my family. I am married and have two grown daughters. I became a proud grandpa on Jan. 13th, 2010. I currently reside in a southwest suburb of Chicago. I am a Vietnam Era U.S.A.F. Veteran. I served 6 years in the Air Force and achieved the rank of Staff Sergeant.
When I came out of the service I went to work for a major utility company in Northern Illinois. After 33 and a half years of the corporate world, I retired. It was during my retirement that I decided that I would seek and fulfill my ambition of becoming a Wedding Minister and Certified Chaplain. My goal was to provide a means for people to get married without a lot of red tape. I wanted to start a wedding ministry which catered to everyone equally.
I strive to involve the couple who is getting married to take part in the wedding ceremony planning and the writing of the vows. I like total collaboration so the couple gets exactly what they were dreaming of.
